Shipping methods: DHL Express; USPS Express, Yanwen Express, Post Service and so on

2. Shipping Fee & Time

Freeshipping

The time frame of order delivery is divided into two parts:

a. Process time:
- Crochet Kit (Finished Item)Processing time: 1-2 Weeks (pre-sale items excluded) unless in the case of a force majeure.
- Tutorial and Material Package Processing time: 1-2 Weeks
- Tutorial Only Processing time: Within 1 Day

b. Shipping time:
Standard Shipping takes 7-15 business days.


Note: Shipping times are normal in-transit times under normal circumstances. In exceptional circumstances, delays may occur.

Shipping fee: you can check the shipping charge after you fill in the address before the checkout page; If you need a faster/designated courier service, please contact us at happycraftshq@gmail.com for a quotation.

3. Do I need to pay for the tax?

For most countries, our shipping charges include import duties, but for some countries, import duties may apply and the buyer or recipient of the shipment is responsible for taxes and duties. If you are in doubt, please consult your country's customs office before ordering.

① An order confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address after your purchase. Please check the order details and confirm that the shipping address is correct. If not, please contact us at happycraftshq@gmail.com before your order is dispatched.

②For orders that include multiple items, we may deliver it in more than one parcel based on inventory, with no additional charge. Thank you for your understanding.

③ A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number included will be sent to your registered email address after an order is dispatched. You can click on the tracking number to track the shipping details of the order.
